Official Volunteer Initiative • Upper Franconia, Bavaria

Dignified Support, Housing & Community for Ukrainian Families in Northern Bavaria

Comprehensive, 100% free guidance through German municipal bureaucracy, housing search, translation, and school placements.

OUR MISSION & SCOPE

A Local Personal Anchor in Upper Franconia

Since the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, we have been continuously accompanying families and individuals settling in Northern Bavaria. We are not a distant bureaucracy, a registered corporation, or an automated hotline. We are a dedicated local team deep-rooted in Upper Franconia — leveraging our direct network with authorities, schools, landlords, and property managers to give families real stability.

Navigating German municipal procedures requires more than good intentions — it demands understanding an intricate language of deadlines, Jobcenter appointments, and official mail. We bridge this exact gap with clear, continuous human support.

STEP-BY-STEP FLOW

How The Process Works

01

Direct Contact

Send a message on WhatsApp or Email in Ukrainian, Russian, German, or English. No online registration or forms required.

02

Initial Conversation

We review your family composition, current location, immediate safety needs, and priority administrative steps.

03

Feasibility Assessment

We evaluate local capacity, regional authority availability, and housing inventory to give you a realistic answer.

04

Tailored Guidance Plan

If we can assist, we outline immediate actions. If we lack capacity, we inform you immediately and provide alternative contacts.

05

Long-Term Accompaniment

Our support extends far beyond lease signing — guiding you through initial utility contracts and community settling.

Important Transparency Note: Reaching out to our team does not guarantee housing placement, Jobcenter approval, or school spots. We review every case individually and communicate honestly. We prioritize quick, honest communication over unfulfilled promises.
REGIONAL FOCUS

Active Operational Municipalities

Deep local expertise in Upper Franconia (Oberfranken) and Northern Bavaria.

Why Regional Focus Delivers Better Results

By focusing exclusively on this geographic region, we maintain direct relationships with local municipal clerks, know which schools have space for Ukrainian-speaking children, and know which landlords accept Jobcenter approvals.

Please note: We do not offer full support or housing placement outside of our primary operating region.
